Choose a training that is of interest to you. If it is a free training, you will be asked to log in if you haven't already done so, and the training will be directly added to your library. If it is a pay-per-view training, you will be guided through a standard online purchase at the end of which the training is added to your library for viewing at your convenience.

FUGU trainings are interactive and include the ability for you to ask questions of the subject content experts as well as communicate directly with other participants. Being a member and logging in gives you the ability to track your trainings and the related communications.

The FUGU system should run well on any multimedia capable PC or Mac that has a broadband connection. Some of the specific requirements include Flash Player version 8 or above, either Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or above, FireFox version 1.5 or above, Netscape version 7 or above or Safari version 1.2 or above.

Once you add a show to your library you can view it as many times as you wish.

At FUGU we're committed to user satisfaction. If you are not pleased with a show for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue and if that is not possible, offer you a refund.

Yes. When you go through the purchase process you will be given the option to assign a show to someone else. You will be prompted for an email address and that individual will receive an access code allowing them to add the show to their own private library.

Each show forum is moderated by a subject matter expert. In some cases that will be the show host but in other cases it will be an expert in that topic recruited by Fugu. When you post a question, you will receive a qualified response within 24 hours.

FUGU provisions show content to sites on a case-by-case basis. If you are affiliated with a site for which you think FUGU trainings and shows would be a good match, please contact us at: [email protected].

Access codes will either give you access to any pay-per-view show on the site, a show within a particular track of shows, or a specific show. Input your access code in the yellow box on the right hand side of the FUGU homepage. You will then be guided through the selection process of adding a show to your personal library.
